2. Product Availability & Shipping

Healthy Critters sells and delivers live BSFL to customers in approved regions. While we strive to ship promptly, we guarantee arrival within 7 days of order placement. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. No Returns

Due to the perishable and live nature of our products, we do not accept returns. For quality issues or delays, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy

If your product arrives in poor condition, missing items, or is not delivered within 7 days, you may request a full refund or replacement. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery or missed delivery. Abuse of this policy may result in blacklisting.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or blacklist users who engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our refund policy, or violate our terms.

6. Intellectual Property
