Refund policy

At Healthy Critters, we’re committed to delivering healthy, live Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) and providing a great experience for you and your pets. Because our product is perishable and live, we do not accept returns.

However, we stand by the quality and timely delivery of our product. If your order arrives in poor condition, is missing items, or does not arrive within 7 days of being ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

To request a refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or the missed 7-day delivery window.
- Include a clear photo (if applicable) and a brief explanation.
- Submit your request to info@healthycritters.com.

We reserve the right to investigate claims. If we have reason to believe a customer is acting in bad faith (e.g., repeatedly requesting refunds without cause or abusing the policy), we may deny future service and blacklist the account.
