Shipping Policy – Healthy Critters

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery to homes within Davis and Weber Counties, Utah. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Delivery Schedule

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days of placement. We guarantee delivery within 7 days of order placement. If your order does not arrive within this window, you may request a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

Deliveries are made by our team of drivers, who follow strict care protocols to ensure safe and professional handling of all live insect products.

3. Delivery Notifications

You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery. Orders are typically delivered between 2 PM and 7 PM on weekdays and weekends. If you are not home, your package will be left at your door in a shaded, visible location whenever possible.

4. Special Instructions

If you have any specific delivery preferences (e.g., "Leave by back gate" or "Place in shaded porch bin"), please include them at checkout or contact us directly. We do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

5. Delivery Issues

If your delivery is delayed, arrives in poor condition, or is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

Our drivers are background-checked, trained in product handling, and expected to behave with professionalism and care. If you ever have a concern about a delivery experience, please reach out to us immediately.
